Making A Purchase 1. Our minimum product order total is: $35.00. If your order falls below this minimum, we will try to contact you by email for input about other products that you might be interested in having added to your order in an effort to get your purchase to the required minimum. If we cannot reach you by email, or we do not receive your response within 3 business days, we will process your order at our minimum order amount of $35.00.

2. We do not permit our products to be represented as another manufacturer's item no matter how similar they may appear.

3. We reserve the right to suspend sales of any of our products to clients who relabel, repackage or rename any of our products without our prior written consent.

4. True Tape, LLC may not be held responsible for damages incurred by the misuse of our products or be held liable for loss, real or otherwise in conjunction with the use of our product line.
Shipping and Handling PLEASE NOTE: (3 IMPORTANT ITEMS BELOW)

IMPORTANT: Direct Signature will be required for all domestic orders shipped with a value in excess of $500.00.

IMPORTANT: SHIPPING COSTS are subject to change without notice. The base shipping rate of $9.50 reflects a one-pound, domestic, ground delivery requiring a signature. Adjustments may apply for other delivery options, weights, or destinations. Final costs are based on shipping prices charged for the shipping method chosen by the customer. We DO NOT charge handling fees. Free Ground shipping on all domestic orders in excess of $750.00.

IMPORTANT: All orders are insured to their invoice value (unless specified by the client). If your parcel is lost in transit, a delay in order fulfillment is likely while an investigation is opened through the respective shipper (i.e. FedEx or the US Postal Service). If requested by the customer, a replacement order can be shipped immediately at the customer's expense. If reimbursed by the shipper for the lost parcel, the customer will receive the full credit that is due. Please call with any questions or concerns. Thank you.
Delivery Schedule Most of our orders for stock items leave within 24-hours of the time they are placed. Overnight orders must be placed before 12:00 AM/CST in order to leave the same day.
Tax Charges INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS ONLY THAT REQUEST FEDEX DELIVERY ON TRUE TAPE'S FEDEX ACCOUNT: Taxes and Duties applied to orders that are sent internationally (by FedEx), are paid by the consignee (client). If True Tape receives notice that duties and import fees have been assessed against True Tape's shipping account, True Tape will charge the appropriate fees to the client's account/credit card and reserves the right to suspend or terminate the client's account from further orders.
Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are thoroughly and securely encrypted within the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. When we retreive your order, we use a connection to the World Wide Web that is itself secure. As the orders are retreived from the site, "Copies" are NEVER left behind on our server. Once we have severed our connection to the internet the orders are unencrypted. Once processed, all orders are purged from our local computer before we again connect to the internet. At no time during the entire process are orders ever held in clear text on any web site.
Reaching Us Our office hours are from 7:30 AM-Central Time to 4:30 PM-Central Time, with a mid-day break from 12:00 - 12:30 PM, Monday - Thursday. On Fridays, our office closes at 12:00 PM. Returns Policy Your satisfaction is guaranteed. We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all non-liquid purchases (excluding shipping) returned within the first 30-days of the date shipped. A 15% re-stocking fee might be levied for returns over 30-days, depending upon product condition.
